When I walked into Carol Anns my confidence was on the floor and I was tearing my hair out trying to find a flattering outfit for my daughters christening. Id bought a ridiculous amount of dresses from various shops and nothing seemed to fit right; I was very close to tears. I cant begin to explain how Carol made a difference that day! Shes so welcoming, hilariously funny and I instantly felt at ease. Id walked in with 3 dresses that I felt were the best of a bad bunch and by the end of my visit, shed transformed them. I was now walking out of the shop with 3 dresses and undecided which one to go for. I felt so much more confident after her lovely compliments and I just wanted to hug her. She even let me take home an item that helped transform one of them, until Id made a decision. Ill definitely be making Carol Anns my first choice next time!

I visited carol last minute having a very unsuccessful trawl on the internet for a wedding outfit. Carol could not have been more helpful, she picked out dresses to suite my body type and paired them with facinators and accessories. She even let me take them home to try! I ended up with a beautiful outfit and its all the thanks to Carols stunning outfits and exportees and help. What a lovely woman and a beautiful shop. Could not recommend more highly. Thankyou Carol!

Carol is a legend. You just walk in and she takes one look and knows the size, the shape and the colour that suits you. Her stock is amazing. I have bought both outfits from Carol Ann's for my daughter's wedding abroad and the reception in England. Thank you Carol, cannot sing your praises enough.
