Caremark

I have worked at a few care companies over the years and I have to say Caremark Rotherham is the best one by far. The training is exceptional and is all based around individual clients needs . The management team and the directors couldnt be any more supportive and go out of there to thank staff personally for all there hard work which makes you feel really appreciated.

I have only started working at Caremark since February. The training is great. The staff in the office are really nice and helpful to you and listen to what you wanna say (even if you talk for England like me!) I have never worked in Care before but this company has made me feel welcome and its the best job I've worked in. You build great relationships with the clients and there parents while caring for them and just makes me want to work more to see thrm again. I'd recommend Caremark to anyone looking for a new opportunity:)

Ive never worked in care before until joining Caremark Rotherham and wow Im amazed! What goes on inside the office is outstanding the staff really go that extra mile for their clients & always try their very best to make sure shifts are covered & everyone is happy. The directors especially Mark is one of the nicest people I have come across. Terri the recruitment & compliance officer works her butt off she does so much there and is always professional ,kind mannered & nothing is too much to ask she was always happy to help me throughout my training. If youre thinking of joining Caremark go for it you wont regret it, such a rewarding job were you work with the best of people! As cheesy as it sounds the name is so fitting for the company CAREmark- because they genuinely do CARE!

Worked in care for years, but this company are fab! Training is fab, and the management will always support you when needed! Got amazing relationships with the clients and their families!

Been at Caremark myself for 6 and a half years which in itself says something, brill management team who are so supportive..and the best progression opportunities. I am definitely part of the furniture at Caremark and wouldn't have it any other way!
