        I went in for a new oven heating filament which wasnt standard and there was a really helpful lady at the counter. She kept looking for different ones until she found a matching one. It is great that there are still shops like this open and they havent been swallowed up by the online shops.

        Excellent service. I rang Friday morning as my washing machine wasn't working correctly no hot water. They got me an appointment for Monday afternoon which was very quick and the repair guy arrived promptly as they said. Fixed my problem straight away heating element had failed and burnt out. Now back to fully working great. Very reasonable prices as well
