My daughter loves coming to Shukokai Karate. The staff are really supportive, patient and inclusive and my daughter always looks forward to lessons and has felt welcome from the start. Thoroughly recommended.

My son (13) and daughter (10) both enjoy every minute, the sensis are all fantastic with the kids. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. My son cant wait to start competing in competitions.

My son (8) started last October having never done anything like this and being a shy boy as well, we where apprehensive. The club provides training and development for children AND adults, transitioning the age differences beautifully. My son enjoys it that much, and I enjoyed watching so much, that I have now recently become a member of the club and now train along side my boy, which is heartwarming and amazing to take this journey together. The sense are brilliant and very very experienced being 2nd and 3rd DANS we as a club have just done our first competition and we won 6 medals our children are not just taught karate, they are taught how to build confidence and life skills. My boy, who was so shy to even step on the mat last October, took bronze in his first competition and as his father I couldnt be prouder of my son and the club. If you are wanting to start your journey into karate, then there is no place out there like this, the people become family and we motivate and drive each other forward each and every day. My 7 yr old daughter goes every week she absolutely loves it. Shes coming along fantastic, all down to working hard with sensi. Well organised lessons with the team.
