Really , really helpful and friendly. I dealt with 3 staff members and they were all very nice people with great knowledge and advice with no pressure. They have a large showroom , full of all styles and sizes of sofas , many more than you would find in a high end furniture store , all of which looked to be high quality , ranging from super soft to super firm seating . I cant thank them enough for their service and would not hesitate to recommend them to all my friends and family . Good service is difficult to find these days , thankyou lads , well done.

Really helpful staff in the store and knowledgeable. Was very impressed with how long it took to make the sofa and they kept in touch throughout the process. The only thing I found disappointing was that it was made clear to deliver the sofa to my address late afternoon and we asked if they could call 1 hour before delivery to ensure we had enough people as our sofa was being delivered to a flat on the first floor. (Sofa uk only deliver to ground floor.) we never received a call to inform us they would be 1 hour, the call I received was to say they was sat outside the address. It was a miscommunication but hopefully it wont happen again. Other than that I am extremely satisfied with my sofa. I would recommend sofa uk!

we have had two sofas dilvered and they are great .the men did a great job thanks they took our old one away for us they had a job getting the sofa out but they managed it thanks guys
