Hard credit search completed without consent. Approach with caution - we contacted the team with a view to getting a few quotes and to explore whether we could raise some capital following a secured loan route. I asked the team over the phone, several times, and was very clear whether this would be a 'soft credit check'. I did not authorise them to conduct a 'hard credit check'; but they did. When I contacted the team, they were adamant that a soft check had been done. Thankfully, their contact centre manager identified that a hard check had been done - and was very apologetic. The reason I am able to give 2 stars is thanks to her following up. I have been promised that the search will be removed.

They helped me when high Street lenders wouldn't. Well worth the higher price to pay as they actually lend to you and arnt fussy like main lenders are. You will get a mortgage with these even when everything else has failed, they are good people.
