        Communication is poor. Wait 3 weeks for phone call back, have to keep ringing to see what is happening. Would not recommend.

        Have used Tierney all my adult life and always trusted and been happy. Must say the trainee solicitor handling my case is perhaps needing more direct supervision but is a very nice chap and has the best intentions

        I saw Adam at the Wickersley branch. I was able to get an appointment just the day after making my initial enquiry, that I thought was great and responsive service. Adam was very knowledgeable and professional and my experience was great. I also appreciated the extra measures they have taken in the branch to make it covid secure. Would highly recommend to others.
