Brecon Hotel

I've slept on floors more comfortable than these beds, and the pillow was lumpier than a bag of oats. The walls and floors are incredibly thin and I was certain the person in the room above me was going to fall through the ceiling at any moment. I ended up leaving and staying with a friend at another hotel because I had such a terrible night.

Father In law booked to stay but was taken ill and hospitalised so didn't check in on the date but he booked in for a week. When he got out of hospital and rang them Sarah the manager said tuff as he didn't show up we have charged him the full week and cancelled his booking leaving him on the streets. You should be ashamed of yourself Sarah. And then selling the room we had paid for to someone else you are a joke. When we asked for the money back on the day we haven't stayed as Sarah cancelled the booking she said again tuff luck read your ts and Cs. How she is incharge of anything is beyond me. AVOID THIS SO CALLED HOTEL .
