Me and my husband go boxing here once a week and I can't even describe how good the classes are. We go to these classes for the fitness aspect and to learn something new and we never leave disappointed. Jamie and Jake are fantastic and make you feel so at ease even when you don't have a clue what you're doing at first! I would 100% recommend these classes to anyone

I have been training at Paleo fitness now for around 4 years. In the past 12 months, a new PT called Abbie started working there. Since then, Jamie and Abbie looked into new ideas to bring to the gym. They have started new classes such as Fitness Racing and Base Camp, providing a range of classes for all fitness levels. They are always there to answer your questions and to push you to your full potential. They are constantly looking to improve the classes and pts. This is not only an excellent place to train, it is a FAMILY. If you are thinking about starting a new gym, get in contact with Paleo Fitness, you wont regret it!
