        I have placed an order, than when looking at the tracking it states that i cancelled it. The money is taken from my account and i have left numerous emails and phone messages with no reply or understanding if i will get my order.

        Only one star as they did deliver on time. Need to change a ring for the next size up but no response to numerous phone messages left and emails. Seems to me they take your money and run. I'm really disappointed as I spent quite a lot of money with them. Don't buy from this company. As an update, when they did eventually get in touch they said send it back and they would change it for a size up which I did. Eventually they then got in touch and said they had sent it to a jewellers to be altered and I needed to pay 15 for the work. They then sent me an email saying the ring was on the way and to pay now. The ring arrived about an hour later and had had absolutely nothing done to it. So glad I didn't pay them. Now going to report them to trading standards. Whatever you do stay well clear of this company.
