Engrave Your Gift

Don't ate this place it's great, my wife took loads of her old jewellery to be made into other things very good at what they do. Sorry if I got it wrong first time

Excellent service. We ordered on-line a gents watch and two sets of cufflinks with engraving for our son's 50th birthday. The following day we received a phone call from Engrave Your Gift because the words we had chosen didn't fit the cufflinks. We agreed changes and the order was processed and posted to us at the correct address that same day. Unfortunately, we weren't in when it arrived but because Royal Mail didn't leave a 'we tried to deliver your item' card we didn't know it had arrived and was waiting for us at the sorting office. To cut a long story short, someone else collected the order and Royal Mail are still investigating what went wrong. We contacted Engrave Your Gift and they responded magnificently. They repeated the order at no cost to us (despite the fact that none of this was their fault) and it arrived the next day. Not only that but they added some extra engraving on the gift boxes. Very pleased with the service.
