        First time I have used this shop for flower delivery. Not disappointed. Very good bouquet of brightly coloured flowers with that extra touch. Would recommend. Also it's great to support shops in my local town centre.

        Received Christmas flowers via interflora from this shop today, I was extremely disappointed, nothing like as the pictures suggest on the interflora website, half the size and some flowers browning on delivery already.. spoke to the shop about my concerns and constantly was told to take it up with interflora "we make no money on interflora orders, they make the flowers look fantastic, in reality with the crisis and everything going up," seems to me that this shop and interflora have a problem managing expectations and that's past down to the customer by this shop.. maybe this shop should talk to interflora about there concerns instead of leaving the customer high and dry... I will get to the root of these issues myself, if only to save the next customer such an embarrassing service...
