The lady answering the phone was unprofessional and hang the phone when I said I'll get in touch if I don't find someone else available faster. It's not her fault for not having someone available earlier but you don't hang the phone to someone just like that. This is not how you deal with a possible customer. If I don't find someone better I'll do it myself instead of dealing with this company.

Had an appointment for CD Carpets to come out to measure. Sadly waited in all morning for a no show. Called 35 minutes after end of 1 hour booked slot to enquire of whereabouts and were told they could only apologise but the measurer got stuck with other clients. He did not call my mobile to give me a heads up. Seemed to me like a forgotten appointment rather than running late. Poor first impression for any job but for a customer interested in a c.120 per metre Amtico product for a 32msq area, positively daft.
