if i could 0 stars i would. went a few times with different male instructors was doing great, no issues at all. till the receptionist (the woman who owns the company) would not let me have a male instructor at all, even though i tried to be adamant. so i got given a woman who actually made me have a full blown panic attack because she was shouting at me in the car so i crashed. Didn't drive again for at least 2/3 years. i have severe depression so i still cannot drive majorly due to this horrid experience. completely unprofessional and disgusting behaviour shown from the owner and instructor. would highly not recommend, waste of money, time and energy. To this day i have still never had a panic attack while driving or crashed with any other instructor at any other time!!!! would never go again nor would i let anyone else go. which is a shame as the male instructors i had were great. i just would not want any money going to the company after dealing with those 2 women. She's a complete authoritarian who cannot take no for an answer, i genuinely feel sorry for her husband and children! worst customer service i've ever experienced.
