        Been off work for 14 weeks not even seen a doctor was given sick notes over the phone shocking was told 8 weeks ago that I would be referred to hospital rang today and no referral made also Stated that I could be waiting another 16 weeks complete waste of time the receptionist is rude with no manners

        Extremely rude staff. After trying to get through to someone to arrange and appointment, I finally got put through to a man on the reception after an hour of waiting and throughout the entire phone call he was extremely rude and unprofessional and whilst I was talking to him trying to arrange an appointment, he hung the phone up on me. This surgery really has gone downhill.

        I'm been with them for few years now,I ALMOST never had problems. Says call back at 8am, what I do and wait my turn and most of times I get appointment same day. Amazing with kids, always surprises me with how nice and careful they are with kids. Receptionists always lovely, understanding and supportive . Thank you for your amazing job. Xx
