Very disappointed again today. Been coming to this dentist since I was 2 and had Mr Muntus for years. On my fourth dentist now in the last 5 years. Never get a clean and polish as part of the cost. Turned up today - they got my familys appointment wrong and now cant get in until July. Not very apologetic. I will be moving elsewhere.

Emergency appt - on both visits I felt very reassured and was calmed by excellent staff. Everything was explained which removed my fear of the unknown. Best dental experience in many years - thank you

I am writing this with sadness......I've been a patient here for it seems like forever. The original partner Mr P muntus was the most caring and professional person you could ever meet, he would put you at ease especially if you were nervous. I have found Mr Pointer works perso ally in a very similar way. I understand times have to move forward to improve but the service need to take a leaf out of the book from the past. I understand reception staff are the first port of call and have to sort problems, BUT their service of late is far from good standards, mistakes in my case have been made with appointments and my husbands appointment has been cancelled 3 times with excuses of lack of dentists, but after he complained miraculously an appointment was found, let's hope the practice takes on board comments to improve and get back to winning ways, let's hope it doesn't get too big so it can't cope and keep standards high let's hope lessons are learned and staff want to stay to build a good team

Great dental practice been a patient here for roughly 6 years,am a very nervous person when it comes to sitting in the dentists chair due to a bad experience when I was younger but they always make sure you are OK during treatment especially the guy I saw a few days ago due to a dental emergency he talked me through treatment,explained everything throughly,whilst reassuring me can not fault this practice at all from the dentists,dental nurses and receptionists they are amazing
