**this company has been taken over by Intrum** Very unprofessional company. Do not answer emails or contact through there website. Unfortunately can't avoid due to a debt sent to them from a bill unpaid because of covid. I will be stuck with this awful company for another year or so. Be glad to see the back of them. Awful. Awful. Awful ***I will not phone you, you've damaged my credit score and that's with payments being made. Considering the global pandemic we've had and heartache its caused everyone, for endless unfortunate reasons (mine being losing income and helping family with their mortgage payments, we've barely been able to feed ourselves), you'd think a little leniency and compassion would be given....None at all Absolute Joke. You should be ashamed of yourselves

Had an old debt which I was paying DMS for - was on a payment plan and paying it , then all of a sudden , without me being told by DMS, my debt was sold by them to Intrum Justitia (a terrible debt collector- their legal department is horrendous to deal with). Absolutely fuming about this. Only found out it was sold when I received a letter from Intrum yesterday. Contacted DMS to find out why and got a snotty reply saying you need to contact Intrum directly. Disgusting.

I have spoke to quite a few collection agents, every one i have spoken with has been incredibly professional, polite, helpful and kind. They have all gone above and beyond to help me and they are an absolute credit to your company. Thank you

After a small battle over agreement to settle account. They finally gave me the settlement and time period I needed.
