Shear incompetence. Driver drove straight past with no attempt to deliver, said he couldnt find my house but my mobile number and full address was written on the box.after endless automated calls I was able to get through to customer services where I asked them to keep it at the depot so I could collect it the next day. Drive an hour out of my way to find the parcel had not been kept at the depotit had gone back out with another driver and now no no was at home. Complete joke, scary that people make such a hash out of a very simple profession.

Tracked my parcel til about 10am which was the due time ,since then it says it's back at the depot,rang them up to be told it's still with the driver just keep an eye out for it and check the website ,so they don't knowwhere it is or what time it's due an absolute joke of a company,I paid 5.99 for next day .

Parcel just never turned up no card was left been waiting days to receive this parcel and they just don't deliver with no reason listed, driver was also parked in one spot for over an hour. Really confused.

Poor service. Parcel not collect on three occasions from Owlthorpe with very limited support or empathy from customer services.

Two attempts at delivery on tracking yet no card left either time. Website asks for card details. Useless.
