Never had a problem with this store when I regularly visit. They even helped me sort out my rewards card when I applied, which came through the post within a matter of days.

Neil The Climbing Kiln Marsh
I use this shop regularly for dropping off parcels - the staff in general are always friendly and helpful. I dropped a parcel off this morning containing ceramics marked fragile with tape all over it having paid almost 30 to EVRI international - the parcel was handed over scanned and then dropped from waist height onto the floor. I pointed out that the parcel was marked fragile. Answer its going to get treated like that in the van! I dont want anything done about it but if it is damaged when it arrives at its destination then this will be my first port of call! There is no point marking a parcel as fragile if the first person in the chain to handle it takes not a bit of notice!
