We cannot recommend Thermelec Solutions (and Lee) enough! We had a leak from our hot water tank 2 days before we went on holiday and Lee came out as soon as he could (within a few days) to cut our water supply off to ensure that our house was safe from further damage whilst we were away which gave us peace of mind and meant we were able to enjoy our holiday as planned. We booked a day for Lee to return to fit a new combi boiler and to take away our old water tank, which was all done for our return after a 24hr delay in getting back to the UK and despite this date turning in to a bank holiday due to the passing of the Queen. Lee even registered our boiler for us for our 10yr guarantee. His service and professionalism are outstanding and we will definitely be recommending Thermelec Solutions to our friends and family in the future. Thanks again Lee for your impeccable service! I had excellent service from this company last week when my old combi boiler failed on the coldest night of the year so far. Lee gave me a few of options from repair to replacement. I went for the replacement since the price was very competitive and now have a full 7 years warranty. The job was completed quickly and cleanly, all the mess was removed and taken away. There was no hard sell and no added extras, the end price was the price quoted. I can't thank him enough. Very recommended!
