Robert and Graham carried out a conveyancing survey on the property we are selling and they were professional, personable and very thorough. Even though they were acting on behalf of our buyer they made such a good impression that my wife called them for some advice on our onward purchase. Robert took the time to talk to us, and offered some advice and passed on some helpful details. We would highly recommend pearl development. Great local knowledge and down to earth friendly approach. I recently spoke to a really lovely guy regarding the problems I am having with a new conservatory roof I have , had installed by Solarframe . The advice he has given me has really put my mind at rest. I am going to do as advised and if I do need to instruct a surveyor these are the ones I would trust 100%. I contacted Pearl Developments and spoke with Robert Longden. I was in desperate need of help following a rogue builder destroying my fathers new extension. Without delay Robert was on the phone with me guiding me, advising me what I needed to do. He was so supportive, he cared. Robert didnt charge me anything for the time he spent with me. He just genuinely wanted to help. Im so grateful he was there for me. Thank you Robert
