Platinum Arrow

Over the last week, or so, I have had two laptops and a tower PC saved from the skip by Michael Deehan at Platinum Arrow. He was totally at ease with the variety of issues they presented and made me feel like I was his only customer. Each computer is now working as well as ever and one is so much better as Michael identified within minutes an issue that the experts at Curry's were unable to sort in three visits. I recommend him totally.

Absolutely first class job with every IT service that I have needed either for my business or personal needs. I initially had my online presence rebuilt from scratch and this included a slick new website and additional services to get me found online. Since then I have had setup of IT equipment including tablets, PCs and phone while most recently they assisted me when I was the unfortunate victim of Facebook hack. I cannot recommend their services highly enough and you will be treated with the same level of professionalism and courtesy whether you are IT literate or a complete technophobe.

Micheal turned up early for the appointment very friendly and pleasant manner made me feel at ease and after we talked briefly about my computer issues he set about his task no stress or drama, and as a person who never writes a review I felt credit was due and if anyone has problems or issues with your PC believe me hes the man to solve any problems brilliant outcome.

I am very happy with the website Michael designed for my holiday let, it looks fantastic and is very easy to navigate. He consulted me at every necessary step of the process taking the time to answer any questions or queries I had along the way and interpreted my ideas perfectly. Very happy client!
