Started off ok but problem with central locking. Car screeches when locked and dangerous as sometimes passenger door won't open and someone could get locked inside. I was in warranty. Seller ordered wrong c.locking gear so engineer realised this after dismantling car door at my house! No one answers the phones or gets back to you when you leave a message so had to make about 6/7 trips from home to the car site. Seller had difficulty finding correct c.locking system but eventually did and told me just had to find out when engineer could call again at my house to re fit it. This was 5 months after purchasing the car. Still not heard so once again drove down to the car sales place. Explained the situation to young lad who sold me the car and his answer was 'not my problem!' Spoke, I think to his mother on his mobile who told me she had rung me twice and the engineer had been to my house twice and I was out! I said I never got a voice mail and answer was she hadn't left one as mobiles don't let you leave messages! Que? I'd given them my landline tel. no. My mobile kapput and still is. I therefore was supposed to be psychic. RE 'phone calls that don't leave messages, in the past I have rung unrecognisable numbers only to find they are cold callers, sales people, scams and I wouldn't recognise the seller's mobile no. even if I'd seen it. However, goodness knows which tel./mobile no. she rang as I was totally unaware of her call therefore drove down to their site yet again. Why send out the engineer without my knowledge? stupid! In the background to this call male seller starting bawling his brains out that I had cost him 120 (he'd cost himself this by ordering central locking for the wrong model of car!) and was shouting in such an abusive manner that I did give as good as I got so he told me that he wasn't going to fix the c.locking . He said the engineer was driving about with my.c.locking gear in his van. So upset I have been let down and left after waiting 5 months with a car with a dangerous and very noisy locking system and I don't know the engineer's name for me to contact him. I've written to a David Bailey supposed part owner of this franchise but another letdown as I've had no reply! Surprise surprise! The professional advice received said that it was unlikely I'd get a reply as SOME car sales people aren't honourable. They obviously don't care if I and a passenger could possibly get trapped inside the car especially if in an accident/fire etc.

No pressure to purchase, good sound advice give, everything explained. Before collecting car it was fully valeted, & serviced. Such friendly, knowledgeable staff a pleasure to do business with.
