Richard was on time, friendly and provided helpful comments as he took thermal images of our house as well as ideas / advice on how to improve insulation in the house (and what to advise our builders to do in upcoming project). The thermal imaging provided back-up as to why our house is constantly cold and helped identify the worst areas. I would definitely recommend Build IR.

Very happy with the service from Build-IR. Had bought a new-build from Harron Homes and found rooms in the property losing heat faster than I thought they should. The developer refused to investigate, so I engaged Build-IR to carry out a thermal inspection. Richard completed a thorough inspection and provided a detailed report identifying a number of areas of concern, their likely cause and possible solutions. The developer still refuses to have anything to do with the issues, and the report will help whoever I engage to fix the problems to accurately identify and properly repair them, and provides me with suitable evidence to feel confident in attempting to recover the costs.
