Quality Service, in depth knowledge of the Fox products i had serviced. The company i used before had used none fox oils and possibly assembled the shock incorrectly. Ross spotted all these issues and the suspension is now feeling excellent. Fast turn around, good communication and flexible. Top Job!

Sent a shock for repair on 9th February - which was delivered and confirmed, have been waiting for parts until 13th May!! then asked for my shock to be simply returned several times, have not had it back, excuse the pun BUT SHOCKING SERVICE - AVOID - I will now be contacting Trading Standards to report this company and making a small claim against them. Sent my shock in good faith but to be ignored and effectively take my property is not on! Updated response- Response from the owner is not correct as on 7th June on Whatsapp message stated "will cancel the back order and just send it back" -still received nothing.

Couldn't even get a response out of them, we all get busy but I would have at the very least expected an acknowledgment.
