        Absolute worst bank i have ever been to. Been banking with them for years but this branch is never open when it says it is, the staff are awful and unhelpful and you never come out with anything you went in for. Beyond poor

        ATM deposit never works!! Ive been 5 time to deposit my money using the outside ATM which either doesnt have any envelopes in it or it give you an envelope but doesnt let you re inserted it. This is a service that i rely on as I work through the day. Sick of it, needs sorting!!
