        I found the service very bad, it seems that they do not want to work. I arrived one day with an hour and a little to close they said it was almost closing time I couldn't answer another day I came back and they didn't solve the problem either

        It's as good as any other high street bank , very pleasant staff and well kept , usual bank services are available here .

        Covid being used as an excuse cant get through on the phone dont know if the bank is open cant get hold of anyone. The world runs on finance right? International banking company? I can still walk in to my local shop and get anything I want but I cant get hold of anyone to provide service from HSBC. The world doesnt need money then.....? What a joke. When bombs were falling in WW2 you could still get good service... A cold in 2020 and HSBC an international banking organisation heads for the bunker leaving people without even a tissue.
