Cain at Kudos did a fantastic job helping us plan and design our side and rear extension giving us his expertise advice on the layout giving us ideas we didnt think of. He was on hand throughout the project liaising with the council and building inspectors on our behalf. Kept us informed on what needed doing and when. When we encountered unforeseen issues he helped resolve them quickly and efficiently. We would highly recommend his services from start to finish.

Had a fantastic experience with Cain organising my plans for my two story side extension. We have planning approval with no issues raised and was completed within 12 weeks. The longest period is obviously within the constraints of the council, and waiting through the timelines. It was a straight forward process and could not believe how easy it was. Cain listened to what we were wanting, and created drawings exactly how we wanted them. Cain kept in touch at every step and informed us of progress and what was needed regarding building regulations once planning was approval, sending high spec scaled drawings in A1 within a quick turnaround of planning consent. I found the rates for the plans very competitive and would highly recommend for anyone looking at having plans created. The company is very transparent in costings etc, so no unexpected surprises will occur. Even though I am at a stage for the builders to commence work, Cain is only a call or email away if anything would need to be clarified. Would definitely use again if needed, thank you again
