PBM Plans

I am so very pleased with John and everything he has done for me John has been great help in my project, he is very professional and knowledgeable. His service is 5 stars, absolutely brilliant. He is always on hand when we need any help or assistance and is always happy to help with anything at all. Overall it has been an absolute pleasure working with Jon and I couldn't recommend him enough!! PBM plans is definitely where you should go for your architectural drawings!!

John is a great architect! I used PBM Plans for my drawings. PBM Plans offered very professional advice and made it really easy to explore different ideas for what we wanted from our extension. The service was great and we felt supported throughout the whole process, we would absolutely recommend PBM Plans for anyone wanting to extend their home.

Only useful to get plans approved. Be mindful that you won't get any advice on what's practically possible, especially if you have drainage and and high ceilings to contend with. You still need to use an architect to confirm building regulations and the impact on your plans. This has caused me no end of issues with the building works, which have had to alter substantially to allow for drainage alterations and high ceilings. This was all quite stressful and I really wish I had used an architect rather than an architectural technician.
