We are new home owners and Rhys has been out to our house twice now to look at cracks that we found after purchase. We found him to be very kind and personable, taking the time to explain his findings to us and answering all of our questions. Rhys was very professional and provided a very concise structural report on our loft space. The report included recommended plans of action to rectify matters and projected costs. He also provided links to the building control team at RotherhamMBC. I sketched my understanding of the finished structure to be certain that I was instructing my builder and his joiner correctly and this was reviewed giving me the confidence to proceed with the rectifications. The works are now complete, we have a building control completion certificate and we are happy that our bungalow roof is fit for purpose again. Thank you Taylor Tuxford. We contacted Taylor Tuxford after needing planning help for an RSJ and drawings for removal of a structural wall. Rhys was very helpful and sorted us out quickly with everything we needed for the build. Will definitely recommend and will use again in the future.

We have recently used the services of Taylor Tuxford Associates regarding a boundary issue. Mr.Taylor came to our home, our options were explained to us in a straight forward manner, no jargon.
