Initially it was focussed around end of year returns but quickly I have seen additional value of the personal service to get the best tax advice for my complex needs. My policy is, "I get paid to do what I'm good at and I pay others to do what they are good at"; PKN offers an excellent service at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.
