        Delightful property with incredibly friendly and accommodating owners. Ideally located fire easy access into Tunbridge Wells and some beautiful countryside on the doorstep and places such as the Ashdown Forest, Scotney and Bodiam Castles, Battle and Bewl Water. Easy rail access in the area for direct trains to London (if you fancy ruining your peaceful break!) Loads of beautiful local pubs with some offering excellent food. Easy day's outing to Rye if you fancy hilltop cobbled streets in one of Henry VIII's Cinque ports; great for lunches, cream teas, dinner, tons of antique shops and a top draw jazz festival in August each year. Accommodation gets tight around that time so Rose Cottage would be a great secret weapon
