I ordered items from KLM on 9th February 2019.
Telephoned company as items not received, despite my account stating dispatched.
Informed a replacement items would be sent out.
Nothing received.
Sent email enquiry , no response.
Telephoned again, told replacement items were dispatched.
As items still not received would give full refund.
To date I have no items and no refund received.
I now have no items and no refund from KLM.
This was my first and last order with KLM.
Dreadful service.
