Chaps have been excellent, we had a boiler brake down 3 days before Christmas, they have gone above and beyond driving from Henley into London to obtain a spare part so we have heating over Christmas. Came out yesterday diagnosed the issue picked up the part and back today at 8.15am and completed by 9.15. we have been dealing with Nick and he has been excellent communicating with us regularly giving updates to reassure us. just cant thank them enough for all their help at such a busy time of the year. Much appreciated and Thank you Nick and your wonderful team. Service: Heating system repair

I have worked with Chaps a number of times and each time the communication has been excellent. I have always been kept up to date and informed without needed to chase for updates which is refreshing! Fairly priced too and each member of the team has been polite and friendly to deal with through from when the booking has been made to the engineer who visits!

DO NOT USE....... Called craig at chaps at the beginning of june he came out and diagnosed the fault on my combi boiler. He Ordered the part needed but sald if the part is replaced it may still not work and we would need a new boiler. This is where the good ends. Excuse after excuse the part arrived but wasnt the right one so he couldnt fit it yet still charged me for his time. He re ordered the part which arrived with him a few weeks later but he failed to turn up on 2 different occasions, and now 6 weeks later he has dropped the part off with me and not even attempted to fit it. I have had no heating or hot water for 6 weeks and now im having to find a new heating engineer to finish his job. I am 255 down and still no working boiler. USE HIM AT YOUR PERIL.
