They are currently working on a site next to my office. Three weeks in, there is dust everywhere, because they didn't wet the ground before they started meaning the local car valeting company is being forced out of business, the playgroup next door can't let their children outside in the middle of summer, all of our cars are constantly covered in dirt, we get dust and dirt in our eyes whenever we step out side. On a daily basis! Constant heavy clouds of dust cover us all day long. I know professional construction companies usually dampen the ground to avoid the huge dust clouds and also put up barriers. These guys aren't one of those.
