        Posting on behalf of sister who has been blocked by Stonebridge Homes. Customer Service 101: If you have a (legitimately) unhappy customer (very expensive 'luxury' house, leaking kitchen roof, no hot water in shower or utility, multiple 'cosmetic' defects etc etc do you: a) remedy defects resulting in happy customer b) block customer in FaceBook to minimise reputational damage? I have now also been blocked on fb by this horrendous company for simply telling the truth! Awful company, endless broken promises and beyond appalling standards of workmanship, avoid at all costs!!

        Visited the Willows and was welcomed by Lorna. My experience was only positive. An upfront and genuine person, a refreshing change from the usual attitude of new homes sales advisor. Very informative and helpful. The homes are beautiful.
