        Awful. They dont bother using the text message service already in place to inform you when prescriptions are ready. They also do not accept phone calls to confirm when items are ready making the whole process an unnecessary guessing game. And if you try and turn up desperately hoping that items are ready, then make sure you dont waste your lunch hour by attending in person, seeing as this is the only shop outside of the 1980s which closes between 1-2pm. In no way is any of this acceptable in terms of providing a reasonable level of service. Will be finding a new pharmacy.

        Bunch of ignorant rude kids. Just leave you stood there avoiding eye contact for ten minutes, whilst they discuss their private lives at full volume. I thought they were trying to teach me a lesson so I asked the receptionist if I had to make an appointment as they made me feel like I was a f' ghost! Really rubbish and disappointing.
