Had an amazing digital marketing day course with Charlotte yesterday. The session offered loads of insightful tips into digital marketing, SEO's, and Google and Facebook fundamentals that I have really benefited from and will apply to the company I currently work for. I would recommend her courses to any small/medium business owners or anyone starting out with marketing!

Professionalism meets top class subject knowledge. Having taken a course with Charlotte to better understand increasing the virtual presence of our business and SEO optimisation, all of the jargon was deconstructed and a clear explanation and understanding was provided. Charlotte makes the sessions unique to the attendees needs and wants by routinely suggesting steps and actions specific to you whilst helping explain this and keeping it relevant to the group so everybody benefits. Post-course Charlotte provides support and templates to help drive action on your desired route of improvement. All round a fantastic experience and I'll be signing up again!

I've completed 3 of Charlottes marketing, sales and social media training courses and I have to say, I was well impressed. Its not only Charlottes wealth of knowledge, experience and expertise in the field that impressed me, but also her ability to make the context and topic relevant to every single individual on the course, even if every person was doing a different type of business, with different backgrounds and needs. Her kindness and the support she provides even after the courses finished is invaluable. Her lovely, caring, friendly nature and good sense of humour are an added bonus that makes the courses more fun and enjoyable. I couldnt recommend Charlottes courses highly enough.
