Ross on Wye Handyman

Awful experience - strongly recommend you find another handyman in Ross. Paul was supposed to put up a child's climbing frame over two days. It became apparent within in a few hours that he really had no idea how to do this - at the rate he was progressing it would have taken weeks! He told us to find someone else and that the firm who delivered the frame would install it - they do not. I had spent hours putting out the wood in place for him to make it easier. We wasted hours having to put it all away whilst he stormed off after he was asked to help carry it up in order. The worst part was not just his lack of competence and unprofessionalism. He walked up close to me shouting and pointing his finger at me. It felt like bullying behaviour. Paul created and left an enormous mess and an upset little one. Thankfully, someone who we have used before is now free and we can have peace of mind that they will do a decent job.

We have recently moved into an old Vicarage which was in need of some serious re-decoration and repair, the results have been fantastic, Paul's hardwork in preparing the surfaces which included alot of sanding, filling and repairing of old rails and skirting provided a base for a superb finish to the hallways, stairwells and landings.
