        I made an online order through this businesses website, paid 28 for some flowers to be delivered to my partners place of work but they never arrived, when i queried it i was told the order was never received and she can't give me a refund as it is "Nochex" who have my money, even though it was her business website i ordered through. The elderly lady at this business has absolutely no interest in helping me out and to be quite frank her customer service is shocking. Have now had to resort to contacting Trading Standards to get this matter resolved. And on another matter her Covid safe practices in the shop were non existent also as she could not appear to wear a mask properly.
