Firstly avoid please. Wanted a porch building, he promised the world, we showed him photos and I can honestly say its a shambles. He sub contracts your job then charges 25% on top of their day rate for himself, and your paying him too. He also starts a job for example removing a chimney without having the means to finish the job that day, so guess what you pay 2 day rates for one job. The builders working for him on my porch advised me that they believe he didnt have a clue which was evident as the days went on. And he lies about invoices, do not trust this man. Charged me 2150 for 9x 3 metre oak beams even tho the invoice said 1950 however he randomly turned up on a Saturday afternoon with 9x 2 metre oak beams. So we are 9 metres of oak short and now we have a porch with a cutting halfway across it and its horrible. To top it off he then went in my shed and stole all the bags of left over cement which Id payed for. The guy is a fraud and a thief. PLEASE AVOID!
