After getting a quote from someone called Brian via email for a kitchen splashback for 182 we emailed our picture to be used only to discover that they can only stretch or crop photos not resize the image which my wife did for them in about 15 minutes and made the image a smaller upload. When we ordered the price had jumped to 273 in a week and a half.rather than honour the quoted price Brian said he would have to ask the owners what to do. That was two weeks ago still nothing despite having email and phone numbers. He said that suppliers had doubled their prices apparently overnight so they obviously don't have any stock or they are making more on old stock ?. This company obviously don't care about customer care or communication.
