Good experience spoilt by delivery driver.. 6 x 1 tonne bags of soil were ordered to fill in a 40 meter trench that had been dug to plant a hedge. While the soil was good quality the driver was not willing to move his wagon to two points on the trench line when unloading so they would be easy to just tip into the trench, saying he didnt have the time. This meant some of the bags were placed well away from where they were to go, meaning I had to move them by spade and wheel barrow, it added about 2 hours to the job. I had discussed when ordering that I'd need these bags dropping at equal 6 meter gaps along the trench so I could easily get the soil into the trench, and this also put was in the delivery notes, but the driver said hes not seen these notes. So what would have been a good experience was needlessly wiped out by a driver too busy to spend literally a few minutes that would have saved me two hours of spade and barrow work. If you order from this company bear in mind the driver will want to be gone as quickly as he can, so dont expect heavy products to be placed at locations convenient to you.

We have used this firm on 3 separate occasions as we've been redoing our garden post building work. The topsoil and turf that were delivered April time were of very good quality and we've been highly delighted with the product and the delivery. Recently we also ordered soil to mix into the new borders we've created. Delivery was prompt and again a good quality product. Very pleased and would recommend.

OMG delivery supposed to be between 3-5 days. Came second day after order was place. Other companies always at least 1week waiting time. What a surprise, not only before time,also the way how bags was unloaded on my driveway spot on,exactly where we wanted . Last think quality of the soil 5*.No stones or glasses. We use to order organic soil from other company but quality was not as good as yours and price was double. Thank you very much for quality product with great price

After buying from another supplier in the area and the topsoil being poor quality and full of sticks plastic and bits of polystyrene. I phoned them and sent them videos and they stopped responding so i tried greenvale. Its all done online so no changing prices and all info emailed to me. I phoned them to see what day my delivery of compost was coming and the person on the phone was really friendly and helpful. Its turned up today and they put it exactly where I wanted it. The compost is really high quality and has nothing in it that seems like it shouldn't be there and it was all fine so no big sticks or rubbish.
