Come in with a friend for a Mothers Day drink and was bought cupcakes for the occasion, was greeted with an unfriendly tone from what appears to be a manager who quickly told me it was full if we dont have a booking we only wanted a drink in the garden. He then went on and told me I was unable to eat a cupcake I was bought on their premises I even asked another manager behind the bar and I questioned its Mothers Day and its a gift I was told rules are rules! I think its awful for such an occasion your not allowed a simple cupcake to celebrate! If it was my birthday would the same principle be applied, not allowed a birthday cake as its bought in and not purchased on the premises? Or was it just because Im a mum on Mothers Day Im not allowed? We quickly drank our drink and left to eat our cake in the car was very disappointing will not go back after that discrimination on mothers day over a cake could understand if I turned up with a picnic!

Food and drink okay, but our experience was boosted by the great humour of our delightful waitress, who told us, we were her favourite table. Lol
