Really lovely soft play space . Great area for smaller children , lovely food. It is clean and the staff were really sweet and let us in especially when we turned up without booking and outside of a session. Highly recommend. We will be back if we ever visit the area again

Baby play area to small on top , toddlers are playing in baby area. a couple of times, my baby girl had accidentally got pushed by another toddler . Staff kept asking toddlers to play in the toddler area, but I felt like no one was listening to staff, and they carried on play in their.

The second time I went there this time I had some food it was nice and tasty .Staff were helpful and friendly. Nice comfortable atmosphere to take a young child to burn some energy and for you to sit and chat with a coffee.

I attended a party with my 4 year old son and whilst he was playing I realised that I was suffering a hypo. I suffer with type 1 diabetes and a hypo is an episode of low blood sugar requiring immediate treatment. I carry small bags of high sugar jelly sweets at all times in case of these instances. I treated the hypo myself whilst remaining calm but was approached by an extremely rude, extremely insensitive member of staff who quickly told me I wasnt to eat those in there because I didnt buy them from there and some children are allergic to nuts. I informed her I was treating a medical condition and insured her there were no nuts in the sweets. She then went on to insist I must not sit in that seat and would need to GO OUTSIDE whilst suffering a serious medical condition. Not only was I discriminated against for a disability, I was also humiliated and made to leave. Making my 4 year old son leave his party early! At the very least I wouldve expected a sympathetic approach. She didnt ask if I was ok, would I like anything from the cafe, a glass of water or something sugary perhaps? No she insisted I go outside and put myself in danger because ultimately I wasnt welcome there whilst treating my medical condition, because I hadnt brought the sweets from there? Unbelievably rude and insensitive. Thankful it wasnt a child she had treated that was and left me having explain to my son why we had to leave his friends party early.

Highly recommended especially if your little one has lots of allergies like mine. The place is very nice and my son loved it but what I loved most is the attention Deb and the team had for my sons food. I am normally very nervous and avoid eating out because of my sons allergies. I was also not 100% sure it was the right think not to bring my own food. However, I must say they managed and were also very kind and professional when we checked together all the ingredients.
