        One the most useless council with the least capable people working in it. I provided documents to pay less council tax last month and this month they charged 40% more... They don't even deserve 1.8 stars because the service provided is below 0.

        They have a poor website snd you cant even exercise your legal rights when filling out a form which they force to complete when you need heal with a health and safety hazard in a private rented home.

        Just phoned up at 5.19, spoke with Customer service who said shell put me through to council tax- who close at 5???? Think someone needs training!!!!!!

        worst council website, not user friendly, you need to input and asterisk when searching for planning permission... very very UNUSABLE. You guys really need to have a look at your website and think about the end user. no wonder why local searches take upwards of 4 weeks to arrive, other boroughs are two weeks max. absolute travesty of a council.
