    Anybody home??? I'm thinking of using this company to purchase a Britrail pass. I've sent a couple of email and have received no reply. I'm concerned that if I should have any issues, I won't be able to get it resolved. Past reviews are glowing, but I don't see any recent reviews. So far my experience has been terrible. If I use them, I'll update my review.

    I bought an Interrail pass from them (via myinterrail.co.uk) last December while a promotion was on but despite promotional passes being non-exchangeable, in view of the travel restrictions around Europe at the moment, they allowed a change of date. More than fair under the circumstances and much appreciated. Further more they replied to emails promptly despite this no doubt being a very busy and difficult time. In view of my experience, I wouldn't consider buying rail passes anywhere else. Definitely a 5 star experience!

    Called them on 4th September to enquire about tickets for a NZ trip and provided details as requested in order to receive a quote, incurred around 3 in call costs, received an acknowledgement email the same day then radio silence. I've heard nothing for two weeks and can only assume they are not interested; just wish I'd booked online now and saved the time and money.
