Bridgewater Development

We were extremely impressed with Bridgewater Development throughout the construction of our recent home extension. The initial discussions with Phil were straight forward & reassuring. He stressed to us that once they arrived on site they would be there every day until the project was completed to our satisfaction. We were a little sceptical about this, but as it turned out, Phil was true to his word. When the build phase started we found Ben to be extremely helpful & approachable & his team were hard working & friendly. Disruption during the day to day build was kept to an absolute minimum & the site was left tidy every evening. The project was completed in good time & to a high standard. It's exactly what we were after from the outset. There were a few changes to our initial ideas after discussions with Phil & Ben but these always turned out to be the correct call. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Bridgewater Developments excelled in each and every stage of our building project. They helped identify the potential, verify its feasibility, design the concept and process the planning permission. They then went on to produce a quality home and liased with us all the way through with dedicated craftsman whos attention to detail and professionalism was outstanding. I am grateful for what they have created for my family and cannot recommend them highly enough. It was a pleasure working with them all and we wish Phil and his team every success.
