they just do things in rush and only care about money not the customers happiness in providing them with a good quality homes and try avoid things as much as they can, yes the worst customer service and builders i would say. Infact never buy with persimmon anywhere in UK, they don't have quality houses, design, looks and the materials inside which they used are the worst part which would tear off almost in a year. Please dont buy anything from persimmon. thx

Rude staff - Unprofessional ! Do not buy Persimmon homes. I understand nothing goes according to the plan when a home is done. Until you buy the home you are treated as the king. Once you pay the deposit, the staff in particular Sharon, her behaviour not acceptable. She kind of shouts at you makes you feel bad in infront of others. My wife once has gone at marketing suite and at that time Sharon was busy with other buyers and my wife was calmly waiting .For this Sharon shouted " I am very busy right now " in front of all others. This staff doesn't respond to emails and issues. Once you pay the deposit you are done. Persimmons do not have a customer care. Persimmons should be ashamed of themselves. They will give you a contact number of GEMMA Richer and in your life time you will never be able to talk to lady. May be she doesn't exist. Gemma Responds only via email after 14 days or so. There is no software to track your issues. Many of my issues are still pending. It was real torture. Only now I started to live normal life again after all this nightmare. Walk away from Persimmons. Persimmons even purchased a facebook page named "Unhappy Persimmon customers" and renamed it. Beware of these builders. I feel sad for others who are purchasing homes in the new development. Totally shameless no responsibility. None of the employee doesn't have their dedicated computer or email address too. Just understand what you are dealing with. Everything is dealt on paper.
