All talk no action!! Me and my neighbours have expressed and informed housing of our concerns regarding our back gardens being waterlogged and unsafe, and they have done NOTHING! Next step, arrange a media meet with a local journalist to raise awareness of this issue!

This company have become total rubbish since joining up with Tamar housing. Happy to increase rent, but totally useless when it comes to repairs. It took 14 months to get a fence mended, now I need another fence repaired due to the storms, have been told that it has to be assessed by the managers. Same old answers given every time I enquire. Will keep the email trail for the ombudsman.

Tried turning both on last week & neither worked have just phoned to ask engineer to revisit Again, found another temp controller broken so see how we do this time, its getting colder now, i am 71 & registered disabled & have 15 yr old daughter with No heating & No hot water, great here i go again, i will keep you posted

Manager was abusive and threatening to my children, no real consequences to him. Incident was recorded and supplied to the society yet the manager was allowed to carry on working and visiting vulnerable people. I believe given this and other incidents that have resulted in members of staff being banned from contact with my household the society as a whole is a risk to the vulnerable people they have as clients as there seems to be no consequences for staff who behave in the most disgusting manner. It is a shame as there have been some good staff members within the society who are caring and understanding, unfortunately I cannot say this of most upper management and governors. I received a letter following the incident where my children (minor) was abused and threatened stating that the society had issued I.D. cards to staff now!! They have not a clue. Been living here for 12 years now. Waited years for a data report and years for class one defects to be dealt with. Obviously this isn't as serious as your kids taking abuse and threats from a manager, but still shows the lack of understanding the society has as a whole for basic legal and moral decency Ask yourself, if staff members see or experience no consequences for serious issues what will it do to their attitude Would you believe that a senior manager of a society, who are there to help the vulnerable, would act in such a disgraceful and abusive manner to a child. If there are no consequences then staff would feel they can behave in anyway they wish, which I believe is what has happened to the society.
